Dave Hubinger tri-authors a book on leadership

  A Frankenmuth High School graduate who has made it well in the business world recently collaborated with two other diverse men to publish a book on leadership.

  Dave Hubinger of Frankenmuth joined Jim Brogan and Andrew Pence with TRIDIS Leadership to tri-author a book entitled 𠇋ullets, Basketballs and Boardrooms” which is a practical guide that teaches executive strategy and teamwork. This unprecedented collaboration between Pence, a former U.S. Navy SEAL captain, Brogan, an ex-NBA player and performance coach, and Hubinger (PhD), a former multi-billion-dollar division president at Nestle USA, offers an unconventional perspective on leadership.

  Together, Hubinger, Brogan, and Pence weave a holistic leadership philosophy that balances emotional intelligence, strategic insight, and ethical decision-making. Their groundbreaking methodology of integrating three elite disciplines has earned recognition in top-tier publications, including being named USA Today’s Top Influential Entrepreneurs of 2024.

  “This book represents the culmination of four years of collaboration with my co-authors Jim and Andrew,” Hubinger said in the acknowledgments of the book. “It has been an honor to work alongside them. Their professionalism, talent, and wisdom have made this journey both enjoyable and inspiring.”

  Hubinger now resides in Carlsbad, California and is proud of his Frankenmuth roots. In 2015, he was inducted into the Frankenmuth School District Hall of Fame as a Distinguished Alumnus. . . . . .
